Deposit Policy/ Archiving Policy

It is a strategy used by authors to make their scholarly works available on the open web--to provide open access. In this context, the contents are usually journal articles, conference or technical reports, theses and dissertations, or data sets. The purpose of archive is to secure access to content in the event of a publication being lost or discontinued. Archives will only release content when there is a “trigger event” such as confirmation that a journal is no longer in publication. Commonly used archives include Portico and CLOCKSS. We follow Sherpa/Romeo's green archiving policy. Both pre-print and post-print or publisher's version/PDF can be archived, without restrictions.
