Copyright Ownership and Licensing
Copyright for articles published in the B R Nahata Smriti Sansthan Agricultural Extension Journal (AEXTJ) is retained by the authors. Upon acceptance, authors grant the journal and BRNSS Publication Hub the non-exclusive right of first publication. Articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, adaptation, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original authors and source are properly cited.
Authors choosing Online Open retain full copyright of their work and may share, deposit, or reuse their articles without seeking permission, as long as proper attribution is provided.
Copyright Grants & Ownership Declaration
Upon acceptance, authors will be required to complete a Journal Publishing Agreement. The corresponding author will receive the agreement form or an online link via email. Completion of this agreement is mandatory for processing and publication.
The authors affirm that their article is original, does not contain libelous statements, and does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary rights. Any excerpted copyrighted material included in the article must have appropriate permissions from the original rights holders.
Authors may not publish the submitted version of their article elsewhere without prior written permission from the publisher unless the content has undergone significant revision or transformation.
Publisher, Journal, and Author Rights
To publish and disseminate submitted articles, AEXTJ and BRNSS Publication Hub require certain publishing rights, granted through the Journal Publishing Agreement. This agreement provides the journal with the necessary rights to publish, archive, index, and distribute the article, while the authors retain significant rights, including the right to:
- Share and archive their published work
- Use their article in teaching, presentations, or future works
- Reproduce, distribute, or display the work with proper citation
- Post the published version on personal or institutional repositories
Protection of Author Rights
BRNSS Publication Hub is committed to protecting the integrity and reputation of its authors. Allegations of plagiarism, copyright infringement, ethical violations, or fraudulent research are taken seriously.
If an author becomes aware of potential plagiarism, misuse, or infringement of their published article, they are encouraged to contact the editorial office. The matter will be reviewed in coordination with the legal and editorial teams. Note that the CC BY 4.0 license permits broad reuse that may not constitute infringement if proper attribution is provided.
